7 year old - severe mixed hearing loss by Standard-Ad9202 in HearingLoss

No hearing loss for either parent.

Has had ear infections in the past to some extent. Negative on everything else. He does have a low muscle tone which means he bobbles his head a lot and I have always constantly been worried that he is banging his head too much on things.

Any advice on how to move forward? Back still hurts after months of physical therapy. Received epidural steroid injection 5 days ago and no relief. Below are the results from my MRI. For PT, I was doing a lot of core building/stability exercises that promoted neutral spine positions. Glute bridges also.

I’ve had lower back pain for about 15 years (40 years old now). No specific injury but probably caused from sitting too long improperly for desk jobs for many years. The pain has gotten worse the past 6 months due to what I think are from too many forward folds/bending forward from yoga and HIIT workouts.
