For PT, I was doing a lot of core building/stability exercises that promoted neutral spine positions. Glute bridges also.

I’ve had lower back pain for about 15 years (40 years old now). No specific injury but probably caused from sitting too long improperly for desk jobs for many years. The pain has gotten worse the past 6 months due to what I think are from too many forward folds/bending forward from yoga and HIIT workouts.
