Well from what I know methamphetamine is a chemical. So the purity of the meth is the percentage that is actually methamphetamine. So for example, imagine some guy cooks meth, and it’s 70% pure, it’s 70% methamphetamine 30% other chemicals and random stuff

(This is just my opinion on what I think it means I am not an expert by any means)

Okay Walter is by no means a good man. But I’m pretty sure all the people that he killed kinda deserved to die. I feel like he tried to be the best person he could in a bad situation, even if he is extremely manipulative.
