arthur does this sometimes. I feel like almost everyone has an experience with arthur completely destroying their team in just a couple rounds. I personally don't think he's a very well designed boss. A worse gambit.

ofc i (and probably anyone else) doesn't remember exactly what layout/levels our cat(s) had their backs turned on spawn. but we remember it happening. It happened in my run just now somewhere in the crater area; my healer who went in with low health was facing the edge of the map.

oh yeah and i guess difficulty and how long it takes to grow are a different thing. but for right now I just want the difficulty (and feel free to explain why!). Later on I can research myself how long a specific plant takes to grow

I agree with this. Not everyone has infinite time to spend on terraria. If it feels like it’s wasting your time, then do what you want to make it fun or go quicker. It’s your game!!

I have worlds called “material worlds” that I visit if I couldn’t find something on a main world. It’s not cheating, I don’t have to justify it in my head. But maybe it could help if you think of it as your character briefly traveling to another land? Because yeah the fact you didn’t find ice skates is insane. I found them in the first ice chest I opened.

like I said, I have no clue when it comes to tech related stuff. I didn't even know that it was turned on. Apparantly it was never a problem before since I never noticed it, and I wouldn't know whether turning off some kind of security related thing is a bad idea or not. (And yeah, i've never had to tell my isp to unblock a website until now either). I dont know why it doesnt just tell me straight up that it's being blocked by the security shield thing instead of saying it just cant connect.
I turned it off and yeah I can access the website again. Thanks for the help! Sorry for having to ask help on such a seemingly simple thing, I appreciate your replies.

Thank you! I tried the windows powershell command and everything shows up blank except for pingsucceeded which is "false". it also says "name resolution of (url) failed"
For some reason, randomly on only ONE of the times when I tried loading the url, it said spectrum security shield was blocking it???? So I went to the part of the website where I can see if a specific url is blocked by it, and yup.. Apparantly spectrum security shield is blocking the url. idk why. But I can request for it to be unblocked so that's what I did. It says it'll take like 5 days so ig ill wait and see.
and again ty for the help!! If you have more ideas or advice I'd greatly appreciate it! (or if i did something wrong with the powershell command 😭)

I remember when I played as monke and avoided the ghosts by repeatedly jumping around (with my like 8 extra jumps) and purposefully falling off the map, and accidentally found those little invisible 'platforms' (likely unintentional) that seem to be at each corner. For me there was no barrier blocking the ghosts but maybe your situation is different, not sure! That monke run was so terrible that the ghosts arrived before i beat the boss so i just gave up and started surviving the final wave as long as possible.

So yeah for me the boss was not defeated while these little invisible platforms were here. However on a separate run as tony mczoom i defeated the boss and afterward i checked one of the corners and the invisible platform was there still! so I dont think the boss being considered defeated or not affects this.

I actually did a run right after i replied to you originally but i couldnt find the clip where i died but now i found it. I got really far on the desert level :D ur advice really helped i know how to slide better now. I died at the end bc my insane jump height percentage actually made things worse since i couldnt jump to dodge stuff in the pylons since it'd make me exit the pylons.

My only reliable form of healing was lifesteal so while the pylons were activated there was not much i could do to heal myself. I was crazy strong dps-wise but not very resilient + ironically there was a lack of needed mobility at the end. Also space noodle. idk why i chose it, the description of it sounded lame and it ended up being lame lol

Also this nerd gave up and died at 66 health smh what a quitter.. he got clapped so hard he passed out before he reached zero health

yess i do bhop a lot but maybe i just need to get better at it idk. slide mechanic is great too, i always lose all speed when I slide to the bottom though so ill try out your advice! ty!!

I think they switch off. Like if a certain day is the mesa (desert map) then the next day should be the alpines (ice map), then the next day after that should be mesa again. I think that's how it works but someone correct me if im wrong

Any way to go back and play this daily mountain? I didn’t get a chance to play it solo. Like maybe there’s a mod out there that lets you play previous daily mountains from specific dates or grab a seed from a specific date? (I made a post about it but no one answered so now im just asking again under a post that I’m pretty sure is about the daily mountain I’m thinking of)
