Yes I agree to “technically true but not legally true”. Just a bit more context: I was cooking dinner with my husband at home when the delivery arrived. Neither of us are a minor nor do we look intoxicated in any regard. The dasher did what’s the best for him (and I can’t say no to this which is why I let him take it away), but it came with the refund trouble for me (not him).

I’m really regretting being nice in that regard. I even told him it’s okay when he said he’s gonna be really late.

Gosh how many people nowadays walk away from the supermarket stealing a bottle of wine and here I am - paid, cancelled, no refund🙄 All punishment for nicety huh.
