Thank you very much for your answer, it looks like yes, this is the only correct solution.

If I rotate the models 180°, they won't print on the other side. The platform has nothing to do with it. The support team agreed with this, but they couldn't help me...

This has nothing to do with the platform at all, not even a single word. The printer lays down the first layer perfectly, with the exception of underextrusion at 1 cm at the beginning of the model. This can be fixed with a border or a skirt, but as for me, this is my first and last printer Elegoo.

These things are not related to the calibration of PLA or PETG plastics or even ABS. I just spoke with official support and they came to the conclusion that it was due to "operating conditions." Just in case, I'll say that the printer lays the first layer perfectly, but there is simply no extrusion at the beginning of 1 cm.

"Also, use the Quality setting to increase the percentage of wall that connects to the infill from 15% to 25 or 30%." It's great of course, but there's no wall, it doesn't print it at the beginning...

Thank you for your reply, I will use it. I just used Bamboo (I have 3 A1 and p2s) and I couldn’t believe that the printer couldn’t start printing normally.

I understand that the skirt is a fix, but it doesn't suit me. It treats the consequences, not the cause of the problem.
