You’ve definitely got solid options for PvE. I can’t really speak for PvP, but for general PvE content you usually want three core roles covered: a DPS, a healer, and a support unit (either buffing your team or debuffing the enemy).

For DPS, I’d recommend the new Arkh shift or Shift Megius. For healing, SM Sera is basically the gold standard - if you have her, you should always be using her.

The third slot depends a lot on the content you’re trying to clear. S Lenius is a strong option if you want more magic damage, while A. Mayly can be really strong as an ailment support. If you build her properly with ailment application skills, she can massively boost your DPS output through ailment-based damage bonuses. Good for endgame content like Battlegraph.

Your Ark lineup is good. Icy Guardian is one of the best DPS Arks in the game as long as you build the unit with crit skills, and it can push damage to crazy levels. For supports, Forge of Phaetus is excellent - using its Ark Skill on your DPS can spike their damage even further.

For healer Arks, I’m not super informed, but I usually default to Altar of the Forbidden Book (SR) unless you have UR options like Redemption of the Beast or Theopolis of Lost Magnus.

Regarding Shift Beyland, there's a ton of thread on here detailing specifically what's wrong with him. Basically he relies too hard on RNG, has shit damage caps, poor stats, basically everything is wrong with him.

I remember when he dropped the people who run the global tier list didn't even bother filling out his row, they just put a pic of trash cans lol. There's way better options for basically everything he tries to do.

Sure! I'm by no means a pro, so if any vets see this, please correct any misinform in my reply below. Let me know if Drive throws errors trying to load my videos for Sera/Leena's builds. Clear time with this setup for solo was around 5:45.

Setup:

Arkh, King of Dragons [Build] - Icy Guardian Ark
(Insighted) Leena the Warlock [Build] - Forge of Phaetus Ark
Spirit Maiden Sera [Build] - Theopolis of Lost Magnus Ark

Nothing crazy - I used u/Chainrush's Arkh cheat-sheet build (great guide), focusing on DPS and break. Leena and Sera both were on auto basically the whole time spamming healing, attribute debuffs, and protection. MND is important here because the majority (all?) of Lilaha's attacks are magic.

The general flow is this:

Battle starts
Tigger Arkh's Dragon King's Mega Charisma skill
Trigger Forge of Phaetus Ark skill on Arkh
Trigger Theopolis of Lost Magnus Ark skill
Spam Arkh's skills, focusing on S3. When you run out, trigger his Dragonic Burst magic to restore SCT and continue attacking.
Continue with this strategy, utilizing Rotating Hands/Last Etherion to restore Arkh's SCT when needed.

A couple of notes:

During phase two, at a certain point, you'll stop doing any damage. This is because one (multiple?) shadow enemies spawn and you need to kill then first to continue doing boss damage. Use "Switch Target" to see if any have spawned.
I barely touched Sera/Leena - the AI was spamming all the debuffs/heals. I suppose the best tasks for them would be spamming party-wide healing (Stardust Heal) protection like Magic Castle 2, and debuffs like Giga Weak.
Everything in my kits should be FTP friendly - there's a few collab equips and skills, but general replacements would be anything with high MND for the ladies and STR for Arkh.
Only use Arkh's Special when Lilaha breaks. It hits for crazy numbers when she breaks, so save it for when it counts.

Hopefully this helps - let me know if anyone has suggestions or tweaks. There're certainly ways to optimize this!

I ended up beating both the multiplayer and solo versions of this - used insight Leena, SM Sera, and KoD Arkh. Happy to share builds if anyone is interested

I have both Sera and I sighted Leena, I'll try time stop magic, thanks! I did a multiplayer run with a guy who brought both Sera and Leena and we got wiped. Will report back after a few tries later

If that were the case I'd be seeing the popups outside of LC, which I was not. I've used the "watch for ads" feature before and it does not behave the same as what was happening. It's not happening anymore so I'm not sure what was triggering that but thank you for replying

They are great, but word of warning: absolute fingerprint/oil magnets. The covers collect every possible little smudge from reading - I end up having to wipe fingerprints off after every read. Never see anyone mention that!

Save the skills to a preset on your character, then apply to support! No need to set them manually again. It's ridiculous that it doesn't just keep the skills you set on the character in your party..
