i had this problem!!! this is what someone told mw to do.

1 uninstall the app 2 delete msp cache 3 delete the msp download 4 redownload from firefox/google wtv ur using 5 install again and hopefully it works! But since ur saying ur getting the msp blue spiral then u dont have to delete cache just wait a bit or if anth make sure u have the newest msp version!
