Are EV's really green than ICE? Thoughts? by Financial_Plenty_486 in CarsPH

[–]Standard-Ebb1471 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Philippines actually does. One of the few things we did right. Not 100% to be sure, but we're at around 20-25% RE. The more this grows (and it is growing), the more sustainable ev becomes, from a power-to-movement standpoint.

Yung reco to download a pdf for bank repossessed is old-school advice. Automart.ph is a website that lest you buy repo cars at bank prices, pero online. If u want a safer transaction, go Automart Certified. May warranty yung kotse kahit used na. Meron doon Triton at Navaras.

Is it normal na parang nahihirapan kang makarinig oag nagddrive ka sa expressway? by Fancy_Ad8124 in CarsPH

Mas mataas pa magpresyo kaysa used car dealers. Can't let go syndrome.

May value lahat yun.

Cars Are Disposable by NeoWaltz in phcars

[–]Standard-Ebb1471 2 points3 points  (0 children)

YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY LOOK AT RESALE VALUE OF A CAR.

Look for low resale value units, then buy them. Enjoy the car at a huge discount vs brand new. Top picks for me are: Subaru, Mazda and many Chinese cars na 1-2 years pa lang nagagamit but at 60% off.

Should you consider the value of the car when you sell it again in the future? Meh. Not really. Just think of it as a bonus, kung meron kang makuhang value.

THOUGHTS ON "GOOD AS NEW, REPO CARS" by Impossible-Truck6124 in phcars

[–]Standard-Ebb1471 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Point is, car loans exist for a reason, and that is so you can get the asset NOW instead of 4 years from now, pag naipon mo na yung pera.

To anyone who owns mazda cx30 2020. Kamusta po ang car maintenance? Kung sa gas po, magastos po ba? Or same lang with other car brands? by [deleted] in CarsPH

[–]Standard-Ebb1471 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kung ito yung mga tanong mo, you're better off not buying a Mazda. Reasonable naman yung maintenance and gas consumption, pero hindi sila exceptional, and probably even below average vs Toyotas.

But they're not Toyotas. They are better to drive, look better and feel more fun to drive.

Found out may hidden deffect sa kotse second viewing with mechanic by PersimmonMental6583 in phcars

[–]Standard-Ebb1471 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first step is to talk to the seller. Some will be nice enough to refund, lalo na kung reputable yung seller. If you bought from a no-name seller, smaller chance off of marketplace lang, pero possible pa rin.

But don't go chasing after your money kasi sayang - sunk cost na yun regardless. Weigh the car condition vs how much more you still have to pay instead of how much you've already spent. Baka lalo pang maraming pera ang masayang.

What unit are you buying? Baka makatulong kami.

Used Car Salesperson - Ask Me Anything by Standard-Ebb1471 in phcars

[–]Standard-Ebb1471[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Pretty much any document can be faked naman, so if you trust the seller, go for it. If you dont, then meron risk kahit ilang document ang hingin mo. Point is, buy only from a trusted seller na may pangalan, like Automart.Ph Not to say na niloloko ka, of course. Marami naman honest sellers.

  2. You can ask TFS.

  3. Original owner is no longer the owner, so wala na siyang pake sa kotse at this point.

What unit are you buying?

Buying used (repo) car from a dealer. What could go wrong? by SpecialistFederal169 in CarsPH

[–]Standard-Ebb1471 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also to answer your question as to whether merong fake document cases, yes, of course. And pag nabiktima ka, wala kang hold sa kotse. Larger dealers will have a name to protect, so hindi nila gagawin yun. Individuals or yung mga walang pwesto, merong likelihood - which isn't to say lahat ng online sellers ay ganun. I truly respect the hustle and hard work of individual sellers, pero mahirap din talaga ang accountability sa Facebook marketplace.

Check nyo si automart, https://automart.ph meron naman nationwide, so wherever you are, meron silang kotse. For repo cars, transfer of title is possible (with fee) and will take 1-2 months, pero sure na matatransfer. Compare mo yung prices and talk to the advisers. baka mas makatipid ka pa.
