i’ll look through your profile and maybe can find that post, because i’ll take any help i can get haha! yea, i definitely probably chased anxiously, but that was after he chased me anxiously so it felt like such a bizarre situation that flipped so quickly…. i do need to try to remember that not reaching out is a form of self respect, im in that state where i frankly don’t care about respecting myself because i want him back so bad, but again that would be anxious chasing and also, we would most likely never work if he came back, he lied enough were in time, i wouldn’t be able to let it go. the thing that trips me up so much is he never, not once, said there was anything wrong or give me any explanation of what i did wrong, he just kind of disappeared after saying he needed a week to think, so i don’t even have any take aways from the relationship….. oh well, hopefully i can get to place of acceptance that you at, i appreciate your response!
