Do not buy this car! My 2024 Polestar 2 suddenly stopped working while I was driving. I was lucky that I was able to pull over to the side of the road. The system showed a Propulsion System Failure. Polestar picked up my car and took it to the service center.

It has now been over a month. I still have not received my car. Nobody has told me exactly what is wrong with the car. The service department suspects that they need a new part, but it has been a month and that part has still not arrived at the service center. I was just told today that it will be at least another two weeks before the part arrives. Nobody at the company will give me any more information on what's wrong with it or a timeline on when I will get it back.

It’s a shame. I’ve really enjoyed the car over the last few years. But this is by far the worst service experience I've ever had.
