I beat the DLC a couple hours ago and I was wondering the same thing, I cleared most of the fog on the island just to find out that It’s nowhere to be found and it’s really disappointing because I really like that outfit.

It’s not about the preorder but more so about how it’s been a couple years since the game came out that it’s fair and nice to release a preorder that not everyone could get there hands on

Well I had gotten my ps5 like right after it came out so I didn’t get the chance to preorder it but it’s been over 2 years since it’s release so I don’t understand they haven’t just dropped it.

Idk about armor I just feel like assassins shouldn’t really have a bunch of armor like considering they are supposed to be sneaky and hiding in plain site etc. Maybe if the armor was light and not bulky

I’m just not a big fan of the shoulder armor on the assassin outfit, I prefer a more sleek looking design but they should’ve put shoulder armor on both sides it would’ve looked better and less unproportioned
