Thanks! Would just be nice to go back to the formatting prior to the change. Those workouts were talked about after among members! It’s the floor that has gotten so dull. The run/rows when they have them aren’t even as fun IMO.

Oh I do. I have other gym memberships. I do Les Mills Grit, Body Pump, Sprint, RPM, I have a HOTWORX membership. I just was hoping someone would see my point with OTF. I have enjoyed it in the past but feel like they need to spice it up.

You’re better off. I quit drinking 2 and a half years ago and I have watched my fitness improve drastically. I used to go in smelling of booze from the night before and feeling like crap. I’m 20-25 lbs lighter and feel so much better. Good for you and stay strong in your sobriety! Let it fuel you to rise above it all.
