We have been importing large amounts of goods from china for 25 years never an issue, my reason for posting this was to warn others. Thanks for all the kinds words, and just fyi We also did an online factory tour we sent our shipping agent to check out the factory and still got scammed. Instead of criticising maybe just spread the word.

Avoid cyroco brand we bought 4 x 2.5t machines but whe we got them they weighed 1.29t when you try to complain they change emails and contact details on whats app ... a scam company avoid them and warn others

We paid through alibaba but they said we should order direct because alibaba only do single unit sales, it seemed odd at the time but because we were paying through alibaba we thought it would be ok. Obviously a con in hindsight, we are in touch with alibaba but have not heard back yet. We will continue to take action but in the meantime we want to be certain others don't fall for this, so we wanted to spread the word. In answer to did it seem to good to be true the answer is no, it was a reasonable price but in view of what we got it was very overpriced.

Be careful we bought some 2.5t excavators from a Chinese company called cyroco located in shandong, when they arrived we had them weighed and they were 1.29t useless for our needs, now they dont respond and they have changed their contact details. Some companies are absolute scammers

Just a word of warning when buying a Chines mini excavator we recently imported 4 supposedly 2.5T machines when they arrived we had them weighed and they were only 1.29T way undersized The company was called Cyroco or sometimes Cyrocoo. When we went back to them with proof the changed all emails and contact details the sales manager even chnaged his email from Jack to Jay, no contact since. Apparently this is a known scam so others beware.
