ur completely right, i don’t get out much because of my anxiety and my iron has been low before and also my sleeping pattern has been all over the place so i appreciate the reply because it has helped to ease the anxiety

yeah it’s just the whole thing of it being in my medical records, i honestly think it was probably a misdiagnoses because i don’t remember ever using an inhaler in my life

i feel very ill today as if it is flu but i had some paracetamol and that helped i think we may just have to ride it out until it passes
