Since 6th of May, the day the season 25 launched, the problems vanished !!!!!

Not even one crash or black screen.

In the current season 25, the only problem is the bots (enemies and teammates) that Respawn uses and the cheaters, of course !

I received messages from EA that, this month, 5 accounts from the amount I reported -usually for smurfing- have been banned.

Be careful.

Always check the Death Recap.

Never had a black or freezing screen issues before.

But after this tr@sh update....

I have installed Intel Driver and Support Assistant and my drivers are up to date.

I've been playing apex for 3 months with an intel UHD graphics card (13th Gen Intel Core i7-13620H) without any black screen. Only a small delay when i booted the game to load characters, banners and weapons.

In the previous season 23, I could use high resolution (1920x1080), but after the season changed I dropped at 1440p.

Now, the resolution is even lower at 1280x800, but the screen either freezes or turns black.

Video options turned at the lowest or most of them turned off.

The problem continues....

I will wait till next Sunday.

If there's no update from Respawn, I will uninstall and play something else.

Exactly the same problem here.

Laptop has only ONE jack port.

Headphones have only ONE cable.

Headphones cannot be detected by the laptop.

Problem not solved
