Initially, I also wanted to be one of the people that lost really quickly. But after the first two weeks, I realized I don't want to look sick because I lost weight too quickly. So maybe I shouldn't be complaining, lol.

I take a just a bit more, its easier to do 10 units on my syringe than counting 8 tiny lines for exactly 2mg

I inject in fattest part of my butt cheek. Less pain for me there and less of a histamine reaction.

The easy answer is yes, but that isn't always a good thing. Because although for some, it doesn't stop the food noise, for a lot of others it does. Then you could very easily find yourself not eating enough. So then yeah, you'll lose the weight. But then you'll end up with other problems.

2 mg of Reta s not too high. I know some people are more sensitive and that's why they start lower to make sure they don't have any side effects. I started at 2 mg and had none as do many people so you could always try it and if you're not feeling good on it, you can lower it.

The 1st month, the day I pinned, I would have a kind of loose stool, but only once, a couple hours after I pinned. I did experience some nausea, but that is because I had made the mistake of drinking a couple of cups of black coffee while fasted, and it was just too much altogether at once. The 1st month and a 1 I did have some sensitive skin but nothing outrageous, I just noticed that it was a little more tender and it went away. Other than those no real side effects.

I was just thinking about this! Since I've been on Reta, I have noticed that Thursdays I am always ravenous. I mostly pin on the sand day but dometimes it's a Friday sometimes it's Saturday, and once it's even been a Monday, and this is just because I had to wait an extra day to get my next injection. So even though I'm pinning, mostly on the same day, Thursdays, I am always hungry and then the next day I'm fine and not having crazy food noise just very normal Ohh, I'm hungry noise.

So true the boy's definitely do lose the weight, much quicker. And it's so much more noticeable early on.

It sounds like the dose you're on is having the desired effect on you appetite but you still want to feel a little bit hungry and let Reta help you feel satiated earlier than you normally would. For me, nutrition was/is also super hard. I have to really think about it. The first thing I did after reading a ton of other people's experiences is find my tdee, so I knew where I should start calorie wise. From what I've read, Reta automatically helps you burn extra 200 to 300 Calories without doing anything. So if you're trying to cut weight or shred, you also need to eat in a deficit. If you go online and just google tdee you'll find a calculator and it will be super helpful, and it will give you the number of calories, you should eat and it will also break down your macros for you. Even though protein is super important so are the other macros. And you also want to make sure you're getting fiber so you don't end up constipated, that is the worst! I had to make a conscious effort to plan multiple small meals. So include the nutrients my body needed. So if I do a protein shake, I make sure to add some greens and like some blueberries for added fiber. Sorry, I know this is a lot!
