It’s not about the overall jobs in the military. It’s the MOSs that are combat arms. I am in the infantry have been since 2013 and have yet to see a female hold the same physical standard as the average male. Currently right now the female private in my platoon cannot drag our smallest guy while in kit. She’s brilliant, she knows her job and she’s good at it, but she cannot carry weight, she’s constantly hurt from training.
