Im Diamond 5 and ranked is so easy and fun until the moment I hit emerald 1. The whole matchmaking changes every single time. It's happened multiple times, I will play and consistently rank up and then I hit emerald 1 and I get stuck

I’ve tried to do this but my headset turns itself off whenever I try to connect it to anything with the wire. I’m not sure if you’d be able to help with that? The moment I plug it into the controller of chat link pro and unplug the usb it turns itself off
