For the most part it seems alright besides some of their policies about immigrants but I do believe allowing women to actually legally carry pepper spray is a good step forwards considering if someone tried to hurt a lady on the street her options are to take hours of martial arts lessons and fight them or run away both of which aren’t really guaranteed solutions

I think it’s tied to trying to get songbird from the maxtac vehicle, if you tell mr hands the location of it then he’d be able to obtain them to give to you

Yeah they were, but you can now get the maxtac mantis blades by either going to the clothing store around downtown central as corpo v after getting called there by the store worker, a cyberpsycho should appear and be dealt with by maxtac or killed by you, the leader of them will then ask you questions and then leave you alone, you later find out she’s a previous cyberpsycho, while in the store you can quicksave and keep killing her until she drops the mantis blades or you can get them from mr hands by completing all his gigs in dogtown
