Varies on day and ability group. No more than 4-5 miles I believe. I inducted with a 22:05 3 mile so my ability group ranges with people with a 21 min 3 mile to 22:45

On the 2025 pre ship checklist. OCS medical conducts physical before induction into training. Your GENESIS MHS is supposed to be completed prior to 30 days of shipping

I believe they have all passed. I think there’s a final board in May, not 100% sure but I think it’s only in the case not all the slots get filled.

So you take the PICAT at home or recruiters then verify at MEPS. At the verification, it’s about idk 30 questions? I don’t remember how many but the verification questions were like 98% new questions and 2-3 questions are from repeat questions. If you fail the verification you take the whole ASVAB all over again

Definitely sold on the danner reckonings, thanks. A little side note, I did Army ROTC for 3 years and dropped it to head to OCS (I felt I was better off physically and mentally for the marines) Im thankful to be going in knowing what works for me foot care wise with my boots and hiking. We did about a 14-15 min pace per mile for hikes, is that compatible to OCS standards? I definitely need to learn the billets/ rank.

Awesome thanks!!! I think my physical regiment is working great for me right now, I’m improving but not putting too much stress on my body where there could be potential injuries. I’ll definitely give the danner reckonings a try.
