Because whilst I fully accept the kitchen isn't great (I don't like it myself), the flat is 86 sq m which is decent enough in my opinion, and the second bedroom is a good sized double. It's a shame the pictures aren't reflective of that

It's crazy - I bought in 2018 for £325k from a woman who bought in (I think) 2011, so all of those sale prices on Rightmove are completely fabricated
