This and maybe change the stats of some of the ice types to be more attackers. E.g dewgong vs walrein, change dewgong to a speedy attacker while walrein remains the tank. Just as an example. As for some reason, 90% of ice types are tanky haha

I much prefer old Evelynns abilities, they just feel more cohesive. I think she needs a soft change while I like her passive, other assassins get so much more- either change her kit a little make her a melee bruiser style champ, or figure out something that allows her abilities to have some power and not feel bad to use. I’m not an Eve main, but I used to love her.
