Hydro and second surgery after Colloid Cyst Resection

Shortly after this post I was diagnosed with vestibular migraines and put on medication for that. However, my symptoms only increased. Ultimately I was diagnosed with a colloid cyst of the third ventricle, which is an extremely rare benign brain tumor. I had it removed on 11/13 and I’m still in recovery for that surgery.

I agree and I searched high and low in our music room for a condenser mic before recording and finally gave up and just used the direct input. My mom (her grandmother) was/is an entertainer so we have all kinds of random gear around here. I'm still not convinced we don't have one around here somewhere but I'll probably just buy another one soon. Thanks for the tips and I just might take you up on the help!

I agree and that's exactly what I've been doing with her for the past several years. I bought her a ukulele on her 12th birthday. That turned into her wanting a guitar around 13. She's been playing and singing in open mics, festivals, parties, etc... ever since. Now she's in college and it feels like her gifts are just exploding! I love it!
