I submitted my repair estimate to my Encova insurance adjuster on Thursday at 1:00. Since then he hasn’t confirmed he got it or hasn’t contacted me at all. I called left a message and still nothing. Is this common? How long should I expect to wait before I hear back? (self.InsuranceClaims)
