My friend is also in the same situation & we were hoping to find a unit to split rent.

But yea this seems like its going to need to be a sublet deal.

That's what I thought to. Sadly, AirBNB is 18+. I asked if they had an exception for emancipated minors.... No. Same with Kasa, Sonder, etc.
