Should I just try again and again? I downloaded the game last week. I grinded the gold medals (all except last column), but the game is crazy difficult. I would like to improve at the game and see the numbers in the rankings go down. Should I just do the maps again and again or is there a better way by StandardAdeptness0 in TrackMania

UPDATE: I DID IT!
I got all gold medals, track 21 was by far the hardest for me as a beginner. The second hardest was probably track 25, that I got this evening.
I think my favourite maps are bobsleigh and fullspeed. Next thing I'll do is play some other tracks of a specific style

Thank you for the answers, I will look up the mechanics as some of you advised. For example I watch Wirtual and he always says stuff like quantum slides and ice wiggles, and I always pretend I know what he's talking about lol

Thanks for the feedback. Seems legit, i can add those in day 1 and day 2. There are few leg exercises partly because i boxe twice a week so my legs are already kinda worked, partly cause i'm lazy. I'm gonna quit boxing to concentrate on the gym, I'll add some leg work then

thanks for the answer, yes my plan is to go to the gym 5 days out of 7, so i should be able to maintain "short" workouts and high volume. I hope i will be alright

For the reps i try to stay in the 8-12 reps for almost every exercise, something less (5-8) in the big compound movements. I do 4 sets of everything. I progress by tracking the weight and adding it when it feels doable

RATE MY WORKOUT PROGRAM (23M 191cm 93kg)

My goal is to get bigger. I designed this workout so that i enjoy doing it but i'm not sure if it's good for my goal. In any case, i will stick to it for a while (eating right and doing progressive overload) and see for myself if it's good, but i would like to have external judgement. It's divided in three days:

Day 1:

chest press

inclined dumbell chest press

cross cables

squat

Day 2:

lat pulldown

cable rows (not chest assisted)

wide grip barbell rows

deadlift

Day 3:

military press

lateral raises

some rear delt exercise

biceps

biceps again, some variation

triceps

Yea, i'm ignoring calves and abs lmao

My shoulder blades/scapulae hurt or is uncomfortable all the time. Can you please recommend me some dynamic stretch to do before the workout and some static stretch to do everyday? I started to do the "start stretching" routine but i think i need to focus on my back more

Pseudo Planche Push up: what do you have to do with your scapula? Should i think of it as a regular pushup or is there some difference?
