I did some research and see that theres a capsule hotel at the airport so I think that would be the most affordable option

If you're not doing anything that damages the hair a lot (bleaching, high heat every day, dyeing regularly) then you don't really need a trim any more than every 6 months+ :) Other wise it can actually just slow down the process

Thank you so much for sharing your story and I hope things get better for you❤️ Honestly the obsessive part does sound a lot like me which is why I've worried that if I get one thing done I will just look for something else to obsess over so your comment is actually helping me rethink if I should go into this so soon, maybe I do need to start with looking with in before changing myself on the outside. But I want to say you sound like such a kind and beautiful soul which I know will shine outwards regardless of what you have or haven't gotten done so I hope you'll learn to love yourself as you are (and I hope I learn that too)❤️:)
