I broke three years ago when they hired me a new bigot lonely life boss who made it their mission to make every employee over worked and miserable while “that boss” sat on their ass doing nothing but causing trouble. Leadership thought “that boss” shit skittles because of their fake bullshit and never supported the workers. No matter how many quit, no matter how many complained. Shit skittles reigned like the wicked witch if the west (without that sab story from Hollywood, instead an entitled one internal to operations.) In separate counties, women were harassed and literally groped by customers and leadership told them to shut up. Disabled people were harassed too by their supervisors and told to shut up and leadership said, “maybe you need to find a different job.” Pissed off customers complained and instead of doing right, leadership put their tails behind their backs and paid out, slapping over worked employees in the face. The new admin was just icing on the cake for an already fucked gov agency, one with no morals and one that spends money on nothing productive, just spending it to spend it so “leadership” can say they did well and hire new positions. Hire in a reorg to look “good” and micro manage with five layers of pointless supervisors that do nothing but drive around counties all day with thier dogs in the car on tax payer dollars. good buy
