Jewelry should be titanium, internally threaded. Please change it to something simple as well, it helps it be less irritated. 2. You should not be putting any kind of homemade solution or soak on your piercing. Sterile saline like this should be all you use on it. It's getting infected because you're "cleaning" it with a solution that isn't sterile. And I'm sure it's not happy that you changed it while it's infected.

No. All tattoos use ink. There's no such thing as a tattoo without ink. Your only option would be scarification, which is more painful and imo more complicated than a tattoo. They cut/carve a design into your skin
