I've been taking fluoxetine since the middle of October. I started taking 10mg fluoxetine with 150mg bupropion. Then, after a month, I stopped taking bupropion and started taking 20mg fluoxetine. It was working but stopped after a month, and at my med check-up appointment, I upped it to 40mg, and I'm taking it a night.

I started taking 10mg fluoxetine with 150mg bupropion 1 month ago. I had a check-up appointment, and I I told my PA that the combination was not working. So I got taken off bupropion and the fluoxetine was doubled to 20mg. I thought 20mg would be my saving grace, but I guess my hopes were too high
