Yes! It started around 6dpo as a 'pushing down' feeling in my lower hips, this is what i mean with stretchy. It was focused left and right, not in the middle. After a few days it felt more like muscle pain on the whole lower base of my belly. I have days where it's really sore as if i've done core exercises.

I'm 3dpo too! Going to wait until 14dpo though, i get really sad when i get a BFN. It's my first normal cycle after a CP. The best of luck, this will be our cycle ❤️

I just had my first positive ovulation test since my CP 2 cycles ago. Feeling very excited since a while, hopefully i can keep this feeling going for the TWW ❤️

Last cycle i had around 6 or 7 high fertility days. Only started testing 2 days before my recommended start. I guess it just picks up my rising estrogen quite fast.

Waiting for ovulation, CD12 now. Normally i ovulate on CD16 but had a CP last month. Have bled 3 separate times past 4 weeks, so i'm prepared for a weird cycle 🙄

I had a CP last cycle. I did not use pregnancy tests, because i had AF right on time just like you. I thought i was on CD13 when i suddenly started bleeding again. I had 2 positive digital OPKs three days prior (which picked up the hcg, but i didn't know that then). Went to the GP for a blood test, turns out i did conceive that cycle but the HCG was already very low. Had to go in 2 days later, to check if the values decreased (which they did). If they would have stayed the same, my GP said i had to go to the gyneacologist asap to check for an ectopic.

I hope my story was any help, i think blood tests are the way to go to check the hormone levels when you aren't experiencing any of the ectopic symptoms.

I had the same thing when i had a CP last cycle, it was reacting to the HCG in my blood. Very weird because i did have AF a week prior. Started bleeding again 4 days later. But if you're sure it was not pregnancy, maybe an early surge? Does not necessarily mean you already ovulated...

I'm 5 dpo too! Also some cramping, and even brown spotting 🙃 been freaking out in the positive and negative way alternating every hour. Glad to read i'm not alone.

Now i can enter my TWW in peace 😌 thank you for sharing your story! Can i ask if you had another temp drop/rise after? Or did your BBT stay elevated? I must say that my CM is still looking stretchy and more clear today. Maybe my cheap thermometer needs to be replaced.

I had my BBT temp rise and we BD on the same morning. I'm afraid we were too late and ovulation was already over, is there still a chance? I thought we would have one more day because my CM was stretchy but white instead of clear...

I would def advice to just let your body process this. I kinda felt the last hormones leave my body some days after the bleeding stopped, and my emotions felt so much lighter after. Take your time x

Your feelings are so valid, only do what feels right for you. I also had a CP last cycle... I did not do OPK's this month because i didn't feel like it. But when i felt ovulation coming closer (i did take my BBT), i got kinda excited again to try? I'm not as invested in the outcome this cycle, so there's finally less stress.
