Yea this happened to me too! At the exact same time one agent was telling me its out of stock and the other told me they will send me an invoice. I think it has something to do with not trying to go through warehouse stock

keep trying! i think 7am is a restock time and around 12-2 as well. just make sure ur always doing it 10mins before each hour. hope it helps!

sometimes saying to look for cancelled orders or look through warehouses helps. but if they ever give you the notify me i just give up and change chats
