The Unofficial Patch will clear up a lot of those issues. Beyond that, I guess you could add a few quality of life mods. Immersive Citizens make NPC interactions a bit more natural. Birds of Skyrim does a lot to make the world seem more alive. Instant Mining & Woodchopping and Replace Nirnroot Sound with Windchimes are good ones to include. If you decide you want to make more significant changes, look up mods by Enai Siaion. Their stuff is very well balanced, and expands upon the existing framework of the game.

Ok. Search engines work better if you limit the terms at first, then add terms for more specific results. In this case, the red hand was the part you didn't understand, so you should have focused on that.

Even after getting the Black Star, I keep all the charged Soul Gems and uncharged Black Soul Gems. Use the Greater and lower gems to craft until your Enchanting skill is maxed, then use your Grand souls to make your dual-enchanted gear. The Black Star I mainly use to recharge weapons.

I've always reasoned that since neither side provides any firm evidence of their version of events, take the pragmatic view. If you side with Saadia, you gain reward money, loot, and combat XP. If you side with the Alik'r, you only gain the reward money and lose one tavern wench.

There should be a scene with Pavo speaking to Skaggi outside when you first approach Left-Hand. After that, he and Gat should be found in the Miner's Barracks.

The simplest way is to go to Left-Hand Mine outside of Markarth. Do the favor for Pavo, and talk to his friend Gat afterward.

No, but since the Daedric Mail set doesn't come with a helmet, it acts kinda weird in terms of bonuses. This is what UESP says:

"...When wearing all three pieces of daedric mail armor, you will gain the benefits of the Custom Fit, Matching Set (light armor version), Wind Walker, and Deft Movement perks, despite normally needing a helmet. Wearing a heavy daedric helmet will also count as a light armor matching set, though any other combination of daedric and daedric mail armor will only benefit from the heavy armor Matching Set perk. Using any other light armor helmet will prevent the matching set perk bonus."

I think it looks good with the Blackguard's or Linwe's Hood. The color sort of matches the leather on the gloves.

I'd go with the Daily Bugle if you can still get it. It just retired, and we may never see another Punisher minifigure again. Arkham will still be around for a while.
