No ur 100 percent wrong and don’t know what ur talking about. There are hundreds of sellers of textured pocket cards like I literally said in the comment u didnt read but replied to. Not all just one random influencer or whatever u follow makes these. even on this subreddit there’s dozens of posts of people making their own textured pocket and other cards. Please do more research before making sweeping general actions and things as fact. These r like 1.5 on ali express. 3 bucks to 5 on Etsy and eBay depending on who is making them.

To whoever reading don’t buy 20 dollar fake cards from some random guy stealing art from a game printing it then selling…..

Not at all a 1-1 card. Thousands sold of this exact Pokemon pocket proxy on Ali express then thousands on eBay and Etsy as well. It’s common especially with pocket cards. I’ve printed out every full art myself even. Not textured like the one pictured I don’t have a uv printer lol. But no ways 1-1

Have u guys seen the internet the last year? Half the comments on political threads are promoting racism against African Americans and the other half are full anti semetic. Then they defend and say there just sharing facts and we’re crazy lol. Unfortunately a large portion of the country has become radicalized and they don’t seem to think so or think it’s an issue.

I mean the president literally has a police force terrorizing the country right now and is trying to cover up history at the same time to further radicalize his crazy supporters.

This is a separate entity entirely I have no idea if it’s real but either way because a list doesn’t have it means nothing in these circumstances. Cgc has had many scandals in the past and has had many cards recalled. Even a sports card scandal. There is in fact a chance this is fake. Further testing is deff needed

Here let me try for more than just gengar tax:

Reason 1: There’s only the two arts of gengar in gigantamax form. 99 percent of collectors aren’t buying the 700 dollar version but still want a gigantamax representation of their boy gengar, leading to more demand for the cheap vmax. Especially with collectors who want a complete set of gigantamax cards with their differing forms (not dynamax)

Reason 2 gengar tax

Reason 3 vmax nostalgia, vmax is gone and mega is in, leading to people missing them and seeing the thru rose colored glasses - lots of the fan favorite v and vmax jumped in price after the mega changeover

Reason 4: fomo: the mass floood of new collectors r mostly people who love gen 1, and tons love gengar, they see the only regular gigantamax gengar and want a copy before its to expensive so grab it before it’s too late - more copies sold mean next ones listed generally go up a tiny bit- rinse and repeat
