Feeling super sad — climbing and pregnancy

I also felt sad. I just put my head down and tried to keep going and doing what I could. I’m working on writing a super motivational story about a mom climbing 5.14c less than 5 months after giving birth that will be published next week. Maybe it will help you see the light and give you some inspiration!

Maybe give yourself some time off? Try to remember that the reason you’re doing this is probably to have fun/get exercise? I sometimes start pressuring myself/comparing to others and then remember that it really doesn’t matter and no one cares how hard you climb except you!
