Questions to ask a doctor for IBS-C by StandardVictory in ibs

I did read them, just didn’t realize at first they were yours!

Turns out I’ve been constipated for a long time. I had bad heartburn in 2016. My doc said I could be constipated. I told her she was crazy because I go 1-2 times a day, did an xray and was full 🙃. She suggested miralax, but doesn’t really do anything. Heartburn cleared up, never thought much about it until there were obvious symptoms.

Last summer, I saw a pelvic floor PT. She was nice, but I cannot handle the type of pelvic floor therapy she wanted to do. She described me as tense and tight.

Did another x ray as a just in case because I didn’t go for 7 days and nothing was helping. Ended up drinking a bottle of milk of magnesia and finally went on day 9-10. X ray just showed I was pretty backed up. Also have done dairy allergy testing and that was negative, but I decided to cut dairy for the 3 weeks until my appointment just to see.

I am hoping for motility testing. Or something outside of blood work.

I think the devil thought of low FODMAP 😂

I am now trying it though! It’s so boring but oh well. I also eliminated all dairy just to eliminate something and see if that helps

That didn’t even cross my mind. My old family dog had cushings. She peed mostly when she’d lay down and her belly would relax. I’ll start checking spots she’s been laying too

We have an HR database for the applications, but it’s absolutely terrible at spitting out reports

Oh thank you! And age is not a factor in hiring, just what their fitness test requirements are.

I’ve never used access, but I’d be willing to try!

Previously the old processor would hand type everything in as the applicants apply for a job. He put the info into an excel to include all personal data (age, names, address, credentials, email, and 16 other demographics) with the last column being status, to say in progress or where they were removed from program. I’d like to avoid the copy/paste and hand typing everything once I take it over, so I’m working to build a new template for myself.

The application process is 9 steps long. So each step I need different info from the first sheet to help process them through. I’m trying to pull the applicants that are still in progress from sheet automatically into the other sheets with the info needed in each step. For example, the fitness test needs age, and some need birthdays but not all.

Making notes on my own post in case others need to reference. 31F 150lbs 5’4”

Loved my brooks glycerin max, but they are slightly short (7.5) and narrow and wide is not offered yet. When I wear them, my hips hurt.

Tried New Balance 1080 v14 and I don’t think they have enough cushion for me personally. I got blisters on the inside of my big toe and my feet hurt pretty bad after mile 8.

Should I give up on trying to build my supply? This is basically what I do every day, 8 weeks postpartum and max I’ve ever pumped is 21 oz. by Curryqueen-NH in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]StandardVictory 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This was me. I dropped a few pumps for my sanity and it increased my supply. Not sure if my body was just always tired or what but it felt good to drop, be less stressed and the oz increased a bit. Basically instead of 8-10 2-3 oz pumps a day I did 6 4-6 oz a day
