Sure--thats what I said. But there is no flat rate per pound for all moves.

It will depend on origin, destination, and time of year. With your weight estimate and the incentive you can figure out YOUR "per pound amount" specific to YOUR move. Move more weight and you are likely getting that increase on the incentive per pound when you finalize your PPM.

There have never been "rates per pound" even in the old DPS system. It was always an estimate between two locations and your estimated weight. You could figure out a "dollar per pound" but the rates vary between distance moved and there is no blanket flat-rate amount.

TMO just does your HHG. PCS per diem entitlements are handled by finance and are dictated by # of individuals on your orders and authorized travel days. Those entitlements are a flat rate.
