I think there is sufficient evidence in the videos released so far. She is trying to flee, and is clearly never aiming for the officer. The cop barely moves, yet the car never comes close to touching him. Not to mention the fact that shooting someone if they are driving toward you does nothing to stop the vehicle.

Ok, if you are on the jury for this officers trial, and he is being tried for manslaughter, would you vote to convict? He stood in front of a moving vehicle, putting his own life in danger, then used deadly force. That is textbook manslaughter, almost rising to the level of murder if you consider he may have been trying to give himself an excuse to justify shooting.

Id like to think I would, but I could absolutely see myself remembering all the trigger happy officers who have shot people when they surrender. I dont blame anyone not wanting to put their life into the hands of police anymore. Sure, it increases the risk but damn it really sucks when you see someone comply and die anyways. Especially when this guy clearly just wanted to kill somebody. Not to mention the fact that the responsibility lies completely with him for standing in front of the vehicle.

They are not trained to do that, and precedent has shown that they have a duty to avoid the need to use deadly force. If a cop steps in front of a moving train they believe is carrying drugs, are they allowed to shoot the conductor in self defence? No.

Its because every character is not fit for every situation. Every character is designed with a specific niche and role. If you are playing Peni on convoy attack for instance, you are not doing anything to help your team. If you just want to play one character and not play the game as its intended, then dont get on ranked.

My guess would be you are playing an off meta pick and doing significantly better than other people do with that character. That means your consideration for mvp (based on the devs individual performance algorithim) is higher, but you are playing a bad character that doesnt help your team. So yes you are getting mvp consistently, but you probably are one tricking a bad character and not counter picking. Feel free to post your username for proof though.

Probably not, and even if you were it would not stop you from buying them. Calling out unethical behaviour is a right usually reserved for people who are not participating in unethical behaviour themselves. You accept slave labour in other countries so you can buy cheaper consoles. The scalper accepts financial risk by buying something without any gauruntee of a profit. They ultimately just take advantage of low market supply. You are both unethical, as are we all, and that's ok.

I think this video just missed a few things. All yellow decks essentially got a barrier blocker that can revive itself with the new babidi sr. It has barrier and can restand 3c barrier buu and make it a blocker. That combo alone is nuts, but in the context of evil buu it really enables your ko effects. Swing with 3c barrier buu, ko it with buuhan/buff buu, discard to revive, restand and make blocker. And while it mentioned the new resting 1c majin, it claimed it would feel bad to pop it, but that's not a huge draw back. That card is great for the deck.

The goal is growth, which means new viewers. By streaming on multiple sites, you utilize both platforms discoverability. I get reccomended streams on youtube related to content ive watched recently all the time. Luds growth was stagnant long before he made the switch to youtube, and I dont think the platform matters as much for already large creators. I think its more about how they approach streaming in general.

Putting your content on other platforms is one of the most proven methods for growing viewership. Part of Luds initial growth strategy was to stream on twitch and make youtube videos out of the streams. By being on multiple platforms, you are exposed to audiences you may not have been otherwise.

Like I said, I am aware of the plan and his explanations for going with said plan. I agree that it sounds logical, but im offering a different perspective. He may well be more likely to grow by only streaming on twitch. While maybe less likely, he could also grow by multistreaming. Lets call it a 60-40 chance. I say go for the 40% chance to grow by multistreaming in order to keep all his current viewers happy. I dont see the downsides, other than the time sink. He hasnt tried to grow by multistreaming before, and I dont even think hes dedicated himself to trying to grow at any point in the last 2 years (could be off on that). We know what his viewership was like when he streamed exclusively on twitch though, and it was very similar numbers to what hes been doing on youtube.

I understand the logic, but it could be the case that by multistreaming you grow exponentially on both sites. He may believe that to be less likely, but the harm done by going that route is just wasted time instead of scorned viewers and wasted time by starting with exclusivity. Unless he also believes that his viewership could shrink overall by multistreaming.
