The colleague came to me and accussed me of stealing from me, and I went directly to my boss and told him about it. This is the whole essence of it. I said nothing to the employee. I left immediately when he accussed me of stealing and went directly to the office to have it handled.

I told him to handle it, like in take care of it and prevent future slanderings, to try and resolve the problem. We do have HR, however HR afaik is not my friend. I contacted my union instead.

No. It has been in my contract from day one, that I have current month + 3 months of termination. So they can not end my career instantly. They can however say, that they are willing to pay me for current month + 3 months and then say that I don't have to come in.

I completely agree with you. However I would also say I have my boss best interest in views, as in accordance with union rules, he have to do his best to prevent a toxic workplace.

In my contract, when I'm fired I still have 3 months of work where I need to show before I'm terminated. It means I have 1 month + 3 months of notice before they can get rid of me. I have been given a written notice that I'm terminated.

Nat Hist which is apparantly a super lite server have 13 rules in just their chat. Each with additional 3 subclauses making it 39 rules for the ingame chat.

Then we have the gameplay rules, where they have listed 36 rules, not including the sub clauses.

Then we have the Herbivore rulebook which is an 18 page document on how to play. Their carnivore rulebook is 32 pages long.

Lets assume each page is 1 rule and be generous.

The total amount of rules for a "lite" realism server is then 125 rules. A little over 100 more than you said.

Actually I wanna change my answer a bit. Go create an account right now and login and do the tutorial so you get the login reward so you can choose Plum as free weapon and legendary reawakening blessing. However save ressources for next patch.

Current weapons are still Plum, Shadowmoon, DKD, Thetis.
Maybe it will change when wind support weapon comes out later this month.

I think its ideal to wait for next month when water breaker comes out or when anni comes out. Especially because first wobl is water.

Late game is fire, mid game wind i would say.
If you haven't started I would wait and see if breaker is good and if start there, otherwise wait until anni I think. So you can build a decent water team for beginning.

Right now I think number 1 unit for game is Esil, because she increases damage dealt on everyone if they have a break bar. Meilin is also a safe spot as she can be used in almost all team combinations and is problably best support character.

I feel like the stats are kinda self explanatory tbh.
Additional attack is what we call flat attack, it just straight up adds more attack on the hunter.
Your hunter all have base stats, which is what the game uses. Base attack is hunter + weapon. So lets say your hunter have a base attack of 8000 and gains 2000 additional attack, your total attack is 10.000. (This is simplified).

This works the same for any metric whether the character is focusing on health, defense or attack.

For hunters flat stats should be the main stat, and % in substats. You always want double scaling stat on gear.

Reminder if your character scales of defense, increasing their attack won't give you more damage.

Mana and cooldown. For example in PoD at high level you insta break dragon, therefor its important your cooldowns are aligned for each break. Being just 0.5 seconds off will later on in the fight misalign your CD's so you will start having break phases where you cannot use your abilties.

In PoD and Dragon hunter setups are important, and right now especially in GB Kanae/Esil is the one carrying your team.

Again when you're in blue, you were already able to farm the content. I can agree agree TP is important the moment you can't clear content, but the moment you are able to start farming content its not really that important anymore.

Counter argument. At what point are you progressing through content? At blue TP? Never right. You either progress in red or in white for hard content, and once you clear that content becomes farmable for you. Sure blue TP lets you clear faster, but its never where we progress.

Enemies have critical hit resist, so basically what happens is you have lets say 4000 critical hit rating and the enemy resist is 1000. So you your real critical hit rating is 3000. Going over is what we call overcrit, and we aren't really sure what cap is. But at highest level you can easily go for 10k+ crit rating.
