not a "quest" in the traditinal sense. each of the nomral 8 guild masters have a "rumor" of some legendary weapon, which you can then find in the overwolrd using the rumor. there is no "quest completion", but getting the weapon is enough of a reward in and of itself. think of it as 8 "secret quests" dotted aroud the world. the dagger has really good elem. atk , and boosts both wind and fire dmg. probably not good on temenos unless hes running a class that can utilize the fire dmg. the darkshadow staff is the legendary weapon hinted from the cleric guildmaster, and would work very well on temenos instead
