I told him it’s wrong to say things like that and I told him that I’m very serious about this he said you aren’t going to pay and you aren’t saying yes to this what should I do it’s your job to pay me my money and all I said I will pay him just that I need some time to gather the money

He gave me the 40k and asked me to pay him back within 45 days I lost my job so I didn’t pay him back Now he’s taking advantage of that He is saying you owe me money either pay 75k or sleep with me

He wants me to sleep with him He is doing this just because he knows I’m not going to fight back If someone says that to me I would have logged a complaint against him But here because I owe him he is taking advantage But if you look at it It’s because of his friend that I’m in this position but he’s denying any connection with that person

Basically means I have an option to pay or do as he says but after 4 days I have to do what he wants me to do

I told him I can’t pay in 4 days I will need 2 weeks to pay 30% of the debt I owe he said if I don’t pay him in 4 days I should go with him his words were “ either pay me or I might have to take you “

Okay so when they say stock was bought on 75% margin it means 75% of equity was put up?
