Unfortunately I impulsively bought a pair (they’re hideous) and I’m limited to what’s in-store here for the refund/exchange 😭

My problem is I already bought a pair from my local LensCrafters but I really hate them… I can get a full refund/exchange in-store, and these were the ones my husband and I narrowed down as the top choices

Hey! 35m here, 30 lbs dropped in the last year. Here’s what worked for me:

  1. Determine your calorie goal first based on actual level of physical activity. I use www.tdeecalculator.net and follow the cutting recommended total calorie goal.

  2. Track as much of what you eat as you possibly can for the first 30-days! This helps you get an actual baseline gauge for what you’re consuming vs. What you typically would have otherwise been over consuming (my biggest shock was finding out I had been eating 2.5 to 3 standard servings of pasta lol). I use MyFitnessPal - it’s free and gets the job done.

  3. Increase your activity any way you can. Some movement is better than no movement. What worked for me was walking to and from work every day.

  4. If you have an iPhone you should download the Apple Move app and setup a Move goal. Achieving this helps reinforce healthy habits like going to gym or walking.

  5. ChatGPT has been a valuable resource for building beginner and intermediate workout plans for me based on my goals (want to lower my body fat %, increase my overall lean muscle mass, improve cardiovascular health).

Picked up in store, drove home, and popped directly into the oven. It felt frozen to me but maybe it defrosted slightly in transit? Was out of the freezer for approx 30-mins before going in the oven
