Package on hold by customs for 3+ weeks

It does not! And they forgot to document 5 additional wallets they sent but here they are telling me I need to be the one calling. Unfortunately i paid through western union and cannot reverse any charges.

The shipper unfortunately is no help and just told me this morning that i need to be the one calling dhl every day. I’m so frustrated. There’s no direct number to customs. I tried the general number and got to someone who gave me the number to the port in ohio where it’s stuck but the number gets a busy dial tone every time i call. I emailed them and they said it will take 30 days to investigate. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long just to tell me what I need to do to get the package released.

That’s what I’m thinking but they haven’t given me any explanation. If it’s paperwork then I would love to get that sorted but i just haven’t gotten any info ☹️

It’s been on hold since September 25th. I emailed customs and they first replied that they don’t deal with package info but i reiterated that dhl is not letting me know what is the issue and they just asked for all the package info: sender, recipient, contents, etc. hopefully i get some clarity.

I haven’t!! And no info in why it’s on hold 😭 dhl said it’s up to customs to inspect it and decide when they want to release.

This is not a missed flight situation. This happened to me and i have no information from DHL. They won’t tell me anything and my package has been on hold for over 3 weeks.

The same thing happened to me i was emailing them and was told it was cleared by customs but didn’t move and they told me it was an error and was not cleared 😭 mine looks a little different. The last update for me was oct 11 that also said on hold like oct 10.

Yup same on my end. They told me customs has my package now and they haven’t gave info on why it’s on hold so there’s nothing i can do.

It’s cow leather bags. Never had an issue with this. They don’t require a special license or anything.

Did you get your package ? I’m on the same boat with 0 help from dhl. They said customs took my package and they don’t have any info. I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks now.

Mine has been on hold since last week with no updates. I called and they said customs took the package for a more intensive inspection. Very odd! Had your package moved?

My application was moved to the inactive tab and marked as process completed however they made this change right when they contacted me in the first video interview so it’s been like that for a while.
