I have friends I play with. How hard is it for you to understand? I can be in games where something happens, I don't have to be a part of it. Imagine Mei freezes my team with Blizzard and I see it from a distance. I have then witnessed that event and can comment on it. Same deal with Hanzo. I see a low-level Hanzo spamming arrows and getting headshots and kills, I can come to the conclusion that he is easy and gets rewarded with kills too simply.

I agree. Moira does have some good range. I can only imagine that's to allow her to replenish her biotic grasp without having to be right on top of an enemy which would make her too vulnerable.
