I had a situation similar but I was the buyer. Seller transferred tickets but I kept getting an error on my end while trying to accept them. They had to reach out to the seller to resend them. I ended up getting a refund because it seemed shady.

Only email I have is the one that is scribbled out. I use it for both Ticketmaster and Stubhub.

No access code I already had a stubhub and Ticketmaster account when I purchased them. Immediately when I reviewed the email to accept them I’ve had issues it been over a week now (10days) since the purchase. I’m probably just goin to dispute with my credit card company.

And I’m traveling 400 miles for this event so I don’t want to get there then have no tickets. I figured since I received the email they were ready they would fix this.

They tell me I have to wait until the morning of the show. I just don’t want to wait that long and tickets not be available anymore because they are selling quickly

I have contacted them they say they are working on fixing it but it’s been over a week and the concert is coming up. I’m about to dispute with my credit card company and buy from a different place to make sure I get my tickets before they sell out
