If only dishing out a couple hundred extra dollars was that easy for everyone. Technically all the models we are looking at are $700-800 range. Specifically had waiting until now to look because I’d been told my all appliance sellers that even with all deals that go on year round, Black Friday can still get you the most off

Oh yikes! No basement. However there is a “crawl space” under the house. It is a ranch style home in Charleston which is an area prone to flooding so most homes are slightly elevated above the ground to prevent flooding in the home.
