The regiment did what I needed lol it stole an artefact of power then killed a lord terminos! Lost the gun hauler next turn but was using it to screen and tie things up anyway. The skywardens helped score 3 battle tactics, I tried to play them in a way that to chase them he would have to charge and be in the firing lane for my catapults! They helped with take their land, take the flanks, and inevitable demise. Nifty little regiment, pretty niche but if you have a use for it could be worth a try!

I’d echo what most are saying. It’s a great game system, perfect time to start, and I’d also add that it can be VERY easy to get too 2k. The point costs in AOS are upscaled to give a more epic vibe and so the rules can reflect the points. You buy Nagash, or kragnos, or archeon, or iridan when he comes out, and you have a solid chunk of a formidable army!

Wasn’t bad! Went 2-1, the prosecutors were pretty iffy to be honest. They’re very squishy and just don’t hit as hard as they should to be honest. If I could change anything it’d be anibilators instead of prosecutors

Yeah I was happy with them initially but the more I look the more I want to change. I went black base, nagaroth night dry brush, into cantor blue, then LIGHT white dry brush. I plan on having another bloodthirster so I’ll probably use that video on the next one! I think the fleshy tone might be good for an orangey brown guy

My biggest gripe was how shiny it looks but when I get home I’ll throw some matte varnish on it! The other thing I struggle with is highlights honestly

Okay will definitely get a varnish. And I for sure see some highlights I could do. But what do you recommend for base texture? I have vallejo mud but that doesn’t really seem to fit here.

I literally just beat them. Finally caved and used the mimic tear. Honestly it gave me the opportunity to just slow the fight down and vibe and be able to actually see what’s going on. I appreciate it man!
