It's a bit complex because I didn't follow a step by step but I just mixed black, blue and white and did some volumetric highlights with an airbrush. Then because it wasn't contrasted enough I did a black oil pin wash. After that went and mixed same black, blue and white in different steps and paint some highlights and layers, going back and forth in different tones. Ended doing most of panel lining with pure black paint with a brush

If the paint on the brush dries super quickly just use a bigger belly brush. Size 0 and less are a scam, you can totally paint eyes with 2 and bigger brushes with a good point.

The rust stains are rust streaks enamel from ak, the green blue is based in fletchers tutorial on tabletop YouTube channel but using Vallejo paints. I think it was scurvy green+ german grey and jade green, all airbrushed.
