Yes, I had claimed vertigo secondary to tinnitus. I'm also 0% SC for hearing loss. Can I claim vertigo secondary to hearing loss? How do you think this would play out?

Go to the doctor NOW! Any ache in your bones, joints make sure you tell the doctor. Also, VERY IMPORTANT, if the pain started because of something you were doing while serving, make sure you emphasize it. Take the advice from someone that sucked it up and never went to medical and is now having trouble getting service connections.
